Tanya has over 10 years of experience as a paralegal, with a primary focus on criminal law. More recently, she has been working in the Ontario government, expanding her breadth to include civil law as it relates to human rights, community safety, and correctional services. Tanya has spent many years as a volunteer in not-for-profit organizations and, prior to joining the board, served as a community member of the Quality Committee.
Frank Pagliarello holds a CPA, CMA designation and is the Director, Operational Risk Audit within the Bank of Montreal. Frank joined Corporate Audit from BMO Capital Markets Finance where he progressed in various senior roles, most recently as Vice-President, Financial Governance and Compliance Officer, BMO Capital Markets Finance. He has over 12 years of experience in corporate governance, audit, compliance, financial and risk management. Frank previously worked for KPMG and several Federal Government departments and agencies.
Yuko managed and taught adult literacy programs for five years at the Alexandra Park Neighbourhood Learning Centre. She also worked at CERIS, a network of academic, community and government partners for immigration and settlement research. Currently, she is an employment research project administrator at York University.
