Mediation is a highly effective, alternative dispute resolution process that allows participants to resolve their own conflicts and build better relationships. Our mediators assist in building consensus-based lasting agreements. As part of the mediation process, our mediators will conduct confidential interviews, analyze a situation and recommend processes to address the problems or conflicts.
Our workplace mediations have a high success rate: Seventy-five percent result in a written agreement. Even when all of the issues are not resolved, mediation helps each party gain understanding and provides options for resolving future conflict and even preventing it before it starts.

We offer individual coaching to help people develop and apply effective communication and conflict resolution skills. When mediation is not possible, we can provide conflict management coaching to selected parties. Coaching is very useful for supervisors, managers, board members and others with the authority to intervene.

This may include providing a skilled and neutral facilitator to run a challenging meeting, working with you to design an agenda, or helping you create pre-set agenda geared to your desired outcomes.
