In our Community Mediation program, we accept applications for Case Management Interns, as well as practical and placement students.
Case management interns work closely with our Community Mediation Coordinator by:
- Processing intake calls
- Managing cases
- Providing mediation on selected cases
- Assisting in the development and facilitation of training
- Providing outreach
Requirements
- Students who need a full school year internship, and run 14 - 21 hours per week
- Preferred programs: Dispute Resolution, Peace and Conflict studies, Criminology, Paralegal or Legal Assistant, Social Work, Social Service Worker or Community Worker
