Most workplaces are organized in teams and making teams work can be a challenge. We provide support and training for team managers and front-line staff members to improve team effectiveness. Our approach helps improve relationships among colleagues, board members, and/or program participants. We recognize that wisdom is present in your group, and use approaches that empower people to be heard and understood by others. Teambuilding is often combined with communication, conflict resolution, diversity awareness and/or facilitation skills training.

Exploring personal work styles, and how different styles can work together for a stronger team
Building a team consensus on group expectations and code of conduct
Facilitating feedback circles and training in constructive feedback
Facilitating discussion to clarify the roles and relationships among team members
