Restorative Justice on CBC's Metro Morning

Jul 28, 2014

On Monday, July 28, our own Catherine Feldman-Axford spoke on the CBC's Metro Morning about restorative justice and our role in helping to mediate the "Spiceman" case. The recent conviction in the case of restaurateur Naveen Polapady consisted of an unusual instruction from Judge Harris: mediation through our Conflict Resolution & Training program. The idea is that the restorative justice would help Naveen better understand his actions and help the victim, Manuel Belo, gain closure.
